Just a quick post to let everyone know we have a few new soaps available at The StarShine Company and at The StarShine Company on Etsy.

Lime Leaf and Lily (pictured above) is perfect for those who love citrus and florals.  This one is fantastic!!  You can read more about this great scent in an earlier blog post where it was one of our “Spotlight Scents”.

We also made a small batch of Cotton Candy glycerine soap which was also featured as one of our “Spotlight Scents”.  This one is great for anyone who likes to smell sweet!

Last but not least we have some Berry Creme Brulee soap ready for you to enjoy.  A great calorie-free way to enjoy this delicious treat.  But don’t blame us if it makes you crave the real thing!  This one is going fast!

I just had to post because I’m so excited that 3 of my favorites are back in stock as of today!  I realize they are ‘Autumn’ type scents but these truly are great all year round and I highly recommend them!

Cedar & Saffron:   We describe it as, “Kashmiri Saffron from India masterfully blended with earthy woods.  White cedar, Indian Sandalwood, Patchouli, Vanilla, Sensual Musk, Grapefruit, and Fresh Bergamot.”  This one is amazing in our Hand Dipped Incense but some of our customers have ordered it as a Perfume Oil as well!

All Hallows Eve:   This one is a combination of “Apple, Citrus, Spice and Pumpkin.”  Simply one of the best scents.  Great in both our Hand Dipped Incense Sticks and Cones as well as the Perfume Oils.  Not sure?  Perfume Oil samples are available in our Etsy shop and will be on our website soon!

Autumn Leaves:   Love Autumn like I do?  This one is described as “Green and Musky with heavy notes of Bergamot.  Smells like an autumn day.”  Just like jumping into a huge pile of leaves!

Cotton Candy has been one of our best sellers since we opened up shop.  Folks just like to smell sweet!  Now that spring is here (and summer is just around the corner) there is no better time than the present to start wearing this fragrance (or burning it as incense!!).  You’ll get to smell sweet and delicious without the added calories and your fingers won’t be sticky.

Oh how I wish I could blog more consistently!  We’ve been very busy with our website adding new products.  In fact we recently finished adding all our incense sticks and incense cones, which are available for purchase!  We might add some variety packs such as “Florals” or “Baked Goods”.  Sometimes it’s easier to just select a package than it is to go through our huge fragrance list of about 600 scents.  Next we are working on getting all the Perfume Oil scents available, but all the scents are available for purchase through our Etsy shop.

In the near future I hope to write up more “Spotlight Scent” posts.  In the meantime you can find us at Twitter and we just signed on to Facebook as well!  Come be our fan!

Lime Leaf & Lily is one of our tried and true fragrances that has been with us since our beginning.  It remains to be a popular scent at The StarShine Company and because of its uniqueness, it probably will remain at the top of the list for many more years!

The description we have written for Lime Leaf & Lily is:

Kaffir Lime blended with the delicate aroma of White Lilies.

It is just such a beautiful scent it is hard to describe well enough to get across it’s beauty.  It is the perfect amount of lime blended with the one of the most beautiful lily fragrances.  If you love florals and you love citrus scents you will absolutely fall in love with our Lime Leaf & Lily fragrance.

It is available in both our Hand Dipped Incense Sticks or Cones as well as our Perfume Oils.

I’m so excited today!  Let me just start off by saying I normally HATE surprises!!  But today when my surprise Christmas gift from my husband arrived, I could not have been more happy about the surprise!  He purchased me a Laser printer.  I’ve been wanting one since I went into business since I print all my own labels, invoices, etc.  This might call for a label make-over… but we’ll see.  Too bad I just purchased some ink for my current printer, but maybe I can keep it hooked up as a back-up printer or something

I want to introduce you all to my hobby.  It’s working with Polymer Clay and making these adorable little beads!  They are sanded and buffed individually by hand which is a time consuming process but is so worth it to have these little guys shining like glass!
