Ordering with us is simple!  Regardless if you choose to shop with us at Etsy or here at our site, we accept PayPal which is a proven and safe method for online transactions.  You can use your credit card or debit card at PayPal without having to sign up with them.  Or you can easily use your PayPal account to pay for your order if you already have an established account with PayPal.

SHIPPING

We almost always ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Products usually leave us within 3-5 business days after payment is received.  We use this quote because our products are made fresh to order to ensure you are receiving a great product when it arrives at your doorstep.  Our Hand Dipped Incense is made using a unique hand-dipping method which can take 2-3 days to complete, but by doing this you receive the freshest, best quality Incense on the market.  On the other hand our Perfume Oils are usually ready in a couple day, so they may ship much sooner, sometimes even the same day your payment clears.

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of these products, however do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your purchase.  We want satisfied customers!

LOST PACKAGES

Sometimes it happens.  Packages get lost or rerouted and they get delayed or possibly not delivered at all by the USPS.  USA Customers:  Please allow at least 15 business days (3 weeks) for your package(s) to arrive.  When this time has elapsed please contact us immediately.  You MUST contact us within 45 Calendar days.
