We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of these products, however do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your purchase.  We want satisfied customers!

Every order placed is checked for accuracy.  If there is any error you will be notified and a refund (if applicable) will be issued through PayPal.

If an order is placed for a fragrance or product that is "Out of Stock" you will be given the option for a full refund (products will not ship) and we will notify you when the fragrance or product is back in stock.  Or you may choose to wait for the fragrance or product to be re-ordered.  This could take an additional 3-5 business days to complete/ship your order.  Regardless of which option you choose you will be given a discount code for 25% off of your next order, as our way of saying "sorry" for the inconvenience.
