SHIPPING

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) both Domestic and Internationally.  Products usually leave us within 2-5 business days after payment is received.  We use this quote because we do not maintain a huge inventory and most of our products are made fresh to order to ensure you are receiving a great product when it arrives at your doorstep.  Our Incense is made using a unique hand-dipping method which can take 2-5 days to complete, but by doing this you receive the freshest, best quality Incense on the market.  On the other hand our Perfume Oils, Minieral Makeup, Lip Balm and Scrabble Tile Pendants are usually ready within 24-48 hours, so they ship much sooner, sometimes even the same day your payment clears.

RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of these products, however do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your purchase.  We want satisfied customers!

Please take care when selecting scents for this very reason.  If you are unsure about a scent for our Perfume Oils please purchase a sample first due to the fact that we cannot accept returns on these items.

LOST PACKAGES

Sometimes it happens.  Packages get lost or rerouted and they get delayed or possibly not shipped at all from the United States Postal Service.  Please allow at least 15 business days (3 weeks) for your package(s) to arrive.  When this time has elapsed please contact us immediately.  You MUST contact us within 45 Calendar days.  Most orders will have a tracking number associated with it.
